Job Description:

old.Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 10:30am-6:30pm (9:00am-5:00pm
during training)Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour PLUS
commissionEssential Job Responsibilities:Answer phones in a busy,
fast paced environment.Transfer callers to appropriate personnel /
departments.Maintain customer records by updating account
information.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the
customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure
resolution.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
as needed.Position Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent
is preferred.Must have a great work ethic; be positive, punctual
and able to multitask.Must be Bilingual: English/PortugueseDesired
