• Competitive salaryJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex immigration cases, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position in the legal industry, and the successful candidate will be required to hold a Florida State Bar license and be fluent in Spanish.Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of immigration law, including permanent residency, citizenship, and naturalization.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal proceedings and appeals.
  • Attend interviews and hearings with clients and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy and advise clients accordingly.
  • Manage a caseload of immigration matters and ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appealsQualifications:
    • Florida State Bar license is required.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law.
    • Fluent in Spanish highly preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
