senior analysts and IT professionals, this role contributes
throughout the design, development, and maintenance phases. It is
instrumental in identifying and developing data sources,
calculations, and reporting tools to align projects with business
objectives. The ideal candidate is skilled in SQL for data
analysis, experienced in data wrangling, and proficient in data
visualization. Expertise in Power BI is essential; certification in
Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Additionally, the role is
crucial for ensuring the smooth promotion of reports and providing
support for code deployment to production, ensuring a cohesive and

Your Responsibilities on the Team Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to gather and analyze data, supporting senior analysts in the
creation of insightful and accurate reports. Provide expertise in
DAX and other relevant formulas to enhance the quality and
functionality of analytical reports. Drive data quality by
validating data & metrics calculations, surfacing quality issues,
documenting metadata, and remediating data quality issues
Participate in regular code reviews, promoting engineering best
practices, including reuse and testing Collaborate with IT
professionals to learn and adopt enterprise strategies and best
practices. Manage the seamless promotion of reports and code to
production utilizing dbt and GitHub, ensuring a robust and
efficient deployment process. Contribute to the development and
maintenance of data-related best practices, documentation, and
quality assurance processes. Actively participate in
troubleshooting and issue resolution related to data, code, and
report generation. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in data
analysis, data wrangling, and data visualization. 2-5 years of
proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience
analyzing and breaking down problems and information using
structured frameworks and methodologies. Expertise cleansing and
integrating data from disparate data sources Ability and
willingness to quickly learn new technologies Undergraduate degree
in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or
equivalent field, or equivalent experience. Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the
Data Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment,
speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25
lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Additional Requirements:
Experience at working as a collaborator in a team-oriented
environment is essential. Can conform to shifting priorities,
demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving
capabilities. Self-driven to explore and bring new ideas as well
driven to help others. Reacts to project adjustments and
alterations promptly and efficiently. Flexible during times of
change. Ability to read communication styles of team members and
contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.

communication skills. Strong interpersonal and operational skill
sets. Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and
products – strong analytics skills. Must be able to learn,
understand, and apply new technologies. Strong Customer Service
skills and focus required. Tenacious, driven, energetic and a high
degree of professional integrity. Knowledge of data processes,
tools, and applications. Ability to successfully engage and
establish cooperative working relationships with others, both
externally and internally. Ability to influence decision-makers
through fact-based analysis and persuasive communication. Robust
skills in documentation creation, data analysis and mapping, SQL
query writing with a high attention to detail including planning
and organization. Strong experience in requirements gathering and
documentation with an ability to focus on business priorities and
imperatives. Advanced skills in MS Excel including use of pivot
tables and VB macros. Position requires reliable, consistent, and
punctual attendance. Experience working with large datasets and
complex data environments. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
and tools. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS,
Azure, or Google Cloud. This description outlines the basic
