Job Description Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) Occupational Therapist (OT) A Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed in Miami, FL. This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System. Salary and Benefits Hourly Rate - $32.62 - $48.93 $3 shift diff Shift: M-F w/rotating weekends; 5 x 8 schedule Health Insurance Paid Vacation Days Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Health savings account 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service) Long term/short term disability Life Insurance Full support staff Responsibilities Evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting. Provide direct care to patients throughout their lifespan You will coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff. You will communicate and assist in resolving problems. Contribute to performance improvement and program growth. You will participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy 1-2 Years of Hand therapist Experience Preferred. License to Practice Occupational Therapy in Florida. BLS Certification.
