Job Description:
Palmetto Subacute Care Center, a leader in providing
comprehensive subacute care and skilled nursing, is currently
seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be vital in
delivering exceptional care, administering medications, and
supporting our patient's journey towards optimal health. You will
collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the
highest quality of care is provided. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor patient health and
document nursing care Administer medications and provide treatments
according to physician orders Collaborate with registered nurses to
implement care plans effectively Educate patients and their
families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
Strong practical nursing skills Excellent patient care and
communication Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols and procedures Proficiency
in documenting and maintaining accurate records Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) license in the state of employment CPR certification required
IV certification preferred
