The Legacy at Boca, a premium residential community in Boca Raton, seeks a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the daily living experiences of our residents by delivering high-quality medical care and fostering a supportive environment. As an LPN at The Legacy at Boca, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team that values holistic, patient-centered care. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and medical information. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care Educate patients and their families on health plans and home care Provide emotional support and compassion to patients Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility Strong clinical skills and proficiency in patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a team High level of professionalism and ethical conduct Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
