The Associate Center Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality care, lead clinical staff, and drive patient-centered initiatives in one of our advanced senior care facilities. Oversee daily clinical operations and coordinate patient care activities. Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance quality of care. Manage and train clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes. Monitor patient care and make adjustments to practices as necessary. Engage in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize clinical operations. Lead initiatives to integrate technology and innovative practices in clinical settings.
