This position works closely with both internal and external customers, preparing reports by collecting data on inspections or other aspects, which are analyzed in detail. They also work according to deadlines while delivering outstanding service to meet the organization's needs. ----Develops and implements process control programs that ensure the production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer-specified requirements. Requires an ability to work within a diverse workforce as a change agent practicing preventative methodology. Lead continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and providing data analysis. Review design and process changes for effect on product performance. Leading teams, meetings, and training exercises across functions is required. Support and monitor Quality/AS9100/Continuous Improvement efforts across the organization. -- -- Oversee customer complaints to determine quality activities required to eliminate issues.
