This role is responsible for overseeing budgets, lead times, and installation schedules, managing negotiation and vendor selection. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in FF&E procurement, strong local vendor relationships in South Florida, and a passion for building efficient systems and scalable processes that support high-quality, design-driven execution.Responsibilities

• Procurement Management:
• Oversee sourcing and procurement of FF&E, finishes, and materials for interior fit-outs and development projects.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors, fabricators, and manufacturers to optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
• Build and maintain a robust network of local and national vendors, with a preference for South Florida-based partners.
• Build and implement internal procurement systems, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
• Custom Furniture Oversight:
• Manage the full lifecycle of custom furniture-from design development through prototyping, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into detailed specifications and production-ready documents.Ideal Background
  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, preferably within the hospitality, multifamily, or design industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and value engineering while maintaining design integrity.
  • Experience managing custom furniture production and FF&E logistics from design through install.
  • Familiarity with construction timelines and the coordination of procurement within architectural and interior design workflows.
  • Proficient in procurement and project management platforms.
