Summit:Ivonescimab, known as SMT112, is a novel, potential
first-in-class investigational bispecific antibody combining
immunotherapy via PD-1 blockade with anti-angiogenesis effects by
blocking VEGF. It exhibits unique cooperative binding with higher
affinity when both targets are present.Summit has initiated
clinical development of ivonescimab in non-small cell lung cancer
(NSCLC), with three active Phase III trials:
- HARMONi: evaluating ivonescimab with chemotherapy versus
placebo plus chemotherapy in EGFR-mutated, advanced or metastatic
non-squamous NSCLC after 3rd gen EGFR TKI treatment.
- HARMONi-3: evaluating ivonescimab with chemotherapy versus
pembrolizumab with chemotherapy in first-line metastatic
NSCLC.
- HARMONi-7: evaluating ivonescimab monotherapy versus
pembrolizumab monotherapy in first-line metastatic NSCLC with high
PD-L1 expression.Ivonescimab is investigational, not approved in
Summit's territories except China (approved May 2024). It has Fast
Track designation from the FDA for the HARMONi trials.Overview of
Role:The Director of Corporate Education will develop and execute
the Summit University Center of Excellence program, aligning
corporate education with strategic goals and fostering continuous
learning.Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate education strategies, including
non-technical employee lifecycle education.
- Manage the SharePoint platform, creating and updating learning
modules.
- Collaborate with HR on materials for recruitment, onboarding,
and leadership development.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs, ensuring they are
current and effective.
- Partner with departments to develop tailored training and
SOP-based modules.
- Work with creative teams to produce engaging training
materials, including multimedia content.
- Oversee LMS operations, including content management and
troubleshooting.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and
participant management.
- Create instructional materials in collaboration with functional
leads.
- Assess training effectiveness and adjust content
accordingly.
- Regularly review and update training materials, mentor team
members, and stay informed on industry trends.
- Lead the development of interactive, user-centered eLearning
modules.
- Develop multimedia elements to support diverse learning
styles.
- Maintain current and compliant training content.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate training impact and ensure regulatory
compliance.
- Manage training content repositories and provide updates to
stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Experience, Education, and
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, adult learning, or related
field required; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years in corporate education, with leadership experience,
preferably in healthcare or oncology industries.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and
digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and project
management skills.
- Experience with LMS and eLearning platforms, including content
management and compliance.The pay range is $200,000-$220,000
annually, with total compensation depending on experience, skills,
