Custodial Assistant Manager – Brand New Outpatient Medical Facility! ABM | North Miami, FL Second Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM ABM is looking for a Custodial Assistant Manager with 3 years of experience of supervisory or management experience. Your Role: As the Custodial Assistant Manager , you’ll be responsible for the growth, operational success, and financial performance of your branch. You’ll lead a diverse team, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Ensure service quality meets client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections. Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Manage budgets, vendors, and operational goals. Support special projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with audits and safety standards. Foster positive relationships with labor unions. Drive financial success by managing expenses and expanding services. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.
