Location: Palmetto General Hospital Posted Date: 12/28/2023 Job Type: Full Time Department: 8329.45005 OBSERVATION Position Summary: Under the supervision, and/or direction of the Nursing Director / Clinical Manager, Resource Nurse, or Staff Nurse, performs various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established functions and procedures of the hospital. Position Qualification:(Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities) High School graduate or equivalent work experience; and Minimum of six months experience as a Patient Care Tech in a hospital setting; or EKG, Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification; or Foreign Nurse/Physician with appropriate documentation Nursing Student that completed 1st year of Nursing School Requires a through knowledge of basic nursing functions to meet patient needs for ADL's must be able to work rapidly under stressful situations with many interruptions.
